OnlyGuider, a search engine for finding OnlyFans creators, used search traffic, financial filings and population data to compare major U.S. cities and counties for cash spent on OnlyFans subscriptions in 2025.

Wisconsin residents rank close to the middle for spending on OnlyFans nationwide, according to a new report.

Wisconsin ranked 26th among states for OnlyFans spenders, dropping about $45.6 million on creators in 2025. The state had about $76,628 in OnlyFans spending per 10,000 residents, the OnlyGuider report says.

Green Bay ranked in the top 50 for OnlyFans spenders nationwide. It came in 47th with a total spend of $1.4 million, piling up $135,632 spent for every 10,000 residents.

Milwaukee ranked 61st in the country with a total of $7.3 million spent, or $123,227 per 10,000 people.

Kenosha ranked 67th with $1.1 million spent, or $112,905 per 10,000 residents, and Madison ranked 125th with $2.1 million spent, or $77,226 per 10,000 people.

Of Wisconsin’s 72 counties, these counties spent the most on OnlyFans in 2025, based on population, according to OnlyGuider.

3. Sawyer County, $231,000 total or $95,442 per 10,000 residents
4. Sheboygan County, $1.1 million total or $93,128 per 10,000 residents
5. Lincoln County, $294,000 total or $90,286 per 10,000 residents
6. Outagamie County, $1.8 million total or $89,603 per 10,000 residents
7. Shawano County, $403,000 total or $88,741 per 10,000 residents
8. Douglas County, $420,000 total or $88,202 per 10,000 residents
