TRIPLE STABBING – One killed, one critical, suspect arrested
On June 25, 2026, around 10:57 p.m., Tulsa Police Officers responded to a stabbing call at Madison Park apartments near 12th and 98th East Ave.
Officers arrived at the apartment and a witness came out saying people inside one of the units had been stabbed. Officers went inside and found a woman dead and two men with stab wounds to the chest.
Officers began treating the two men until paramedics arrived to take them to the hospital. One is in critical condition while the other suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Additional Officers arrived at the apartments and saw 21-year-old Jeffry Leon Paz leaning over a vehicle in the parking lot. Officers noticed blood covering him, but found he had no significant injuries.
Officers talked to one of the victims, who said Leon Paz and the other victims were hanging out in the apartment when they started arguing. Leon Paz went to the bathroom, came back out and started attacking the victims.
Leon Paz was arrested and booked into the Tulsa County Jail for First-Degree Murder and two counts of Assault & Battery with a Dangerous Weapon.
