Micheline Pare, 18 was last seen hitchhiking (a common way to get around back then) on Highway 29 at the gates of Tompkins Ranch between Fort St John and Hudson’s Hope in July 1970.
Her body was found August 8, 1970 in Hudson’s Hope.
She had been beaten to death.
