Marvin Harrison Jr. has been traded but not announcing: Where could he land
It is hardly a surprise, given all the trade noise that surrounded Harrison Jr. the entire offseason.
However, Schefter and Rapoport both point towards it being the Houston Texans. Texans have been in the rumors for a while, but nothing is official as of yet.
The Arizona Cardinals are finalizing a deal to trade wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr., informing the former first-round pick of their decision ahead of Sunday’s game against the Detroit Lions, ESPN reports.
The ex-Ohio State standout who entered the NFL in 2024 as the franchise’s fourth-overall pick hasn’t been as impactful as expected, given his meteoric rise ahead of that offseason’s draft.
Harrison registered 608 yards in 12 games last season, and through four games in 2026, only five catches for 85 yards. Over 16 starts as a rookie, Harrison recorded 62 receptions for 885 yards and eight touchdowns before his production dwindled during his second campaign, part of that due to a concussion suffered last season.
The Indianapolis Colts are among the teams reportedly interested in Harrison. His father, Marvin Harrison Sr., spent his entire NFL career with Indianapolis and later entered the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Meanwhile, Harrison has dismissed the trade rumors and remains focused on helping Arizona win. “Truthfully, I pay it no mind,” he told reporters on Thursday, October 8.
