Male followed a women victim exposing his genitalia, police investigate

RawNews1st – Fort Pierce Police are seeking any information that would identify the subject in this photograph.
The unknown male followed the victim to the 500 block of Orange Avenue where he approached her and began exposing his genitalia.
The subject was wearing black shorts and a black T-shirt. He left the area on a black bicycle that had white lettering on it.
