From the DOJ – Garrian King has been arrested and charged in connection to the June 5th mass shooting in Chattanooga that left 3 people dead and 14 people injured.
The affidavit does not accuse King of shooting anyone.
It accuses him of having a rifle as a convicted felon. It also says he is a member of the Rollin 60 Crips street gang.
It also says that police used video from the Walgreens across the street, and this video that we showed you on Monday.
