The Philadelphia 76ers’ newly released 2026–27 NBA schedule. Following a massive offseason where they added LeBron James and Jaylen Brown to pair with Joel Embiid, the league handed them one of the most rest-favorable schedules in recent history.
The 76ers are tied for the league minimum in the grueling “three games in four nights” schedule brackets.
They will spend the entire opening month exclusively playing Eastern Conference opponents. Their very first game against a Western Conference team doesn’t happen until Game 18 when they host the Portland Trail Blazers on November 23, 2026.
Additionally, they don’t play a road game against a Western Conference opponent until Game 21, and they completely avoid setting foot in the Western time zone for a road trip until Christmas Day.
Given the age and injury histories of their core superstars, the NBA schedule makers handed Philadelphia a major competitive advantage for managing player workloads.
