RawNews1st – Officers were dispatched to 422 E. Park on a person shot. Officers arrived and located the victim, Jaylah Perry, suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
Perry was treated on scene and taken to St. Vincent’s Hospital.
A Felonious Assault warrant was issued for Shields.
On 3/20/24, Perry died from her injuries. A Murder warrant has been issued for Shields, who is not in custody.
