JUST IN: Blacksburg PD ID’d the suspect in the hookah lounge shooting near Virginia Tech that killed one person and 4 others as 24 y/o Jamel Flint of Roanoke.
He’s still at-large and considered armed and dangerous.
The victim killed was 18 y/o Isiah Robinson of Roanoke.
