A 27-year-old woman was charged Wednesday with cruelty to companion animals, according to Stark County court records.
Canton police arrested the woman on Aug. 16 after they say she killed and ate a cat in a “residential area in front of multiple people,” according to an arrest report obtained by USA TODAY.
