Tulsa Police arrest a woman charged with embezzlement, accused of using her job in payroll at a local company, to pay herself up to $20,000 in unauthorized payments.
The probable cause affidavit for Brittany Richie says over a period of 2 years, Richie paid herself for overtime she did not work, gave herself pay advances, gave herself holiday pay, bereavement pay and several salary raises.
It says after another employee discovered the issues, Richie was fired in August of 2023.
