Wells Police want to confirm that there has been a shooting involving a family here in Wells.
The alleged shooter is currently being detained at the Wells Police Department.
There is no threat to the general public and this was an isolated incident.
A further update will be distributed at a later time. As of now, the scene is safe, those injured have been transported to area hospitals.
The State Police Major Crimes Unit has arrived and assisting in the investigation.
