Wanted fugitive with an active warrant for attempted second-degree murder
Hardee County Sheriff’s Office successfully captured Gary Ralph Jowers Jr., 34, who was a wanted fugitive with an active warrant for attempted second-degree murder (as well as several related charges).
Jowers’ charges are in connection with a shooting that took place Sunday night on Lake Sebring Drive in Highlands County which left a woman with serious injuries.
