Bloomingdale, Illinois: Vehicle into the building with fire at a Chase Bank; reportedly sheered a gas line.
A fire broke out at a west suburban bank after a car accidentally hit a gas line Friday evening. Firefighters were at the scene in the 100 block of East Lake Street in Bloomingdale where heavy smoke was visible from the air.
The initial report of the fire came in around 5:20 p.m. The bank closed at 5 p.m.
