Tesla Recalls Thousands of US Vehicles Over Brake Software Error
Nearly 12,000 cars have been called back after a glitch has been found causing the emergency brake to slam on. It’s reported S, 3, X and Y models have been affected, as Tesla’s shares dropped 1.5% on the announcement.
It comes after the electric car pioneers recalled hundreds of thousands in China over a cruise-control issue involving unexpected acceleration in the summer.
Even the cars aren’t sure whether to speed up or slow down their roll out.
