RawNews1st – The Broken Arrow Police Department has arrested 39-year-old Allen Sloan from Mannford for indecent exhibitions-obscene writings and pictures.
They say on July 19th, some girls say they were approached by a man in the parking lot of a south Broken Arrow business.
The girls said he pulled out his cell phone and showed them a pornographic video and repeatedly asked them, if they liked it.
They say the girls shouted at the man and he drove off.
