A man is charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, accused of running into a man on motorcycle, on purpose.
The affidavit for John Stuart says it happened back in October when Stuart was in a car and the victim was on a motorcycle.
Jenks Police say the victim saw Stuart was turning right, so he was passing Stuart on the left, when Stuart intentionally swerved into the victim and hit him.
Police say there was damage but no major injuries and a witness confirmed the victim’s story.
