Months following a 39-year-elderly person was accused of a few counts of physically manhandling his embraced children, his oldest child was likewise accused of rape of a more youthful kin.
Avshalom Cohen, 22, is accused in Harris District of two counts of rape. The two counts list a similar casualty.
Avshalom is Hayim Cohen’s eldest adopted son. Hayim Cohen is facing 11 charges of sexual misconduct with six of his nine adopted boys.
The abuse was discovered after one of the boys made an outcry to a podcaster in Atlanta, who then contacted local authorities.
Accordingly, six out of nine of Hayim’s children were taken into kid defensive administrations care. The leftover three were more than 18 years old.
Avshalom Cohen has gone to his dad’s trials in his help previously yet has declined to talk with ABC13.
In the wake of entering CPS care, charging archives for Avshalom Cohen’s rape cases say his supposed casualty made an extra objection of sexual maltreatment and named him as the one behind it.
The charge, documented on July 13, blames him for physically attacking one of his siblings, who was allegedly 14 years of age at that point. Court records say the offense happened a few times at the family’s home.
