RawNews1st – Durham police have charged and arrested a woman in the homicide on September 13 in the 300 block of Glen Falls Lane.

Sianne Wright, 23, has been arrested and charged with first degree murder and felony conspiracy. She was transported to the Durham County jail, where she received no bond.

Officers located an adult male deceased in the trunk of a vehicle shortly after 7:40 p.m., on September 13. The victim, Jivon Cherry, 39, was pronounced deceased at the scene. Investigators later determined that he had been shot.

The shooting did not appear to have been random, according to investigators.
