Savannah Allen, charged as an adult for the alleged murder of 25-year-old Addam Hart
According to IMPD, around 1 a.m. on March 28, officers responded to the 2200 block of Gable Drive, near 21st Street and Mitthoefer Road, on a report of a person shot.
Officers arrived and found 25-year-old Addam Hart with a gunshot wound. He was transported to Eskenazi Hospital in critical condition but later died from his injuries.
IMPD officers have arrested a 16-year-old girl for her alleged role in a deadly shooting in March on the east side of Indianapolis.
Homicide detectives began their investigation and ruled Hart’s death a homicide.
Detectives continued their investigation and identified 16-year-old Savannah Allen as the prime suspect in the shooting. Detectives located Allen on May 2 and arrested her the same day.
On May 7, the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office charged Allen as an adult with murder.
