According to the Wilmington Police Department, Davy Spencer, 47, has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon with the intent to kill.
Wilmington police say the stabbing occurred at about 2 a.m. last Sunday on North Front Street as officers responded to reports of multiple fights at that location.

Daniel Montano, 21, was identified as the person who was stabbed. First responders said that despite life-saving efforts, he did not survive.
The Marine Corps confirmed that Montano was an inventory management specialist who was assigned to 1st Battalion, 2nd Marines Regiment at Camp Lejeune.
According to arrest warrants, two other victims were also involved in the fight. Warrants alleged Spencer assaulted them with a folding pocket knife “with the intent to kill” them.
Court records state Spencer is currently being held without bond.
