Pipeline Rupture Halts Gas Supplies to Romania, Serbia & Hungary from Bulgaria
The reported accident happened on Monday morning, as Bulgartransgaz in Bulgaria halted transport heading to multiple countries in Eastern Europe.
Reports suggest supply has been partially restored to Romania, as the firm reports only material damage has been suffered with repair teams on site.
Europe is already facing a severe energy crisis, as some nations across the continent and the US try to apply pressure against Russia’s Nord Stream 2 project.
