Philadelphia House of Horrors: Police Investigate Possible Serial Killer After Disturbing Video Discovery

A disturbing investigation in Philadelphia has authorities examining whether a deceased pornographer could be connected to the presumed deaths and disappearances of multiple women.

Police are reviewing more than one million photos and videos recovered from a home in the city’s Olney neighborhood that was previously occupied by Raymond “R.C.” Horsch, an erotic photographer and filmmaker who died in 2025. Investigators say the digital evidence contains disturbing footage involving women, including recordings in which some appear unconscious or lifeless.

Authorities have now connected seven women to the investigation. Police believe five may be dead, while two others remain missing. One video reportedly appears to show Horsch strangling a woman, whom investigators believe was missing Philadelphia woman Nicole Fusaro. Her fate has not been publicly confirmed through the recovery of remains.

The investigation began after Horsch’s son, Eugene Horsch, was arrested on unrelated federal charges. A search of the property uncovered the massive digital archive along with other evidence that investigators are examining.

Police and federal investigators have reviewed only a portion of the material so far, meaning the full scope of the case remains unknown. Authorities have emphasized that the investigation is ongoing, and no homicide charges have been filed in connection with the missing women.

For now, investigators are working to identify the women shown in the files, determine what happened to those who disappeared, and establish whether Horsch was responsible for any deaths.
