Covid vaccines for babies as young as 6 months could be rolled out in the US this winter, under plans reportedly being drawn up by Pfizer.

The pharma giant intends to apply for authorization to give a low-dose jab to American infants within the next two months, according to the Financial Times.

Should in-house trial findings prove the drug safe and effective in youngsters aged 6 months to 5 years.
