Oxon Hill Grocery Store shooting leaves two dead in gun rampage

The Prince George’s County Police Department is on the scene of a double fatal shooting Friday morning at an Oxon Hill grocery store.
Police said they responded to a Giant in the 20 block of Audrey Lane in Oxon Hill around 10:25 a.m. for the report of a shooting.
When they arrived, officers found a man and a woman with gunshot wounds.
a male security guard confronted a woman allegedly shoplifting. She allegedly pulled out a firearm and they both shot and killed each other.
The woman was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead a short time later and the man was pronounced dead on the scene, police said.
Police said it’s an “isolated incident and there is no danger to the community.”
