A man with multiple gunshot wounds was discovered on a street in Chicago’s Bronzeville neighborhood on Sunday night.
According to police, the 25-year-old was discovered lying on the street with gunshot wounds to his back and pelvis around 11:46 p.m. in the first block of East 43rd Street.
Paramedics took him to the University of Chicago Medical Center, where he was listed in critical condition.
The nature of the shooting was unclear at first.
There is no one detained. Area One detectives are looking into it.
