The man wanted for the robbery and shooting of a Kum and Go clerk in Wagoner, is now in custody.
A warrant had been issued for Ellic Hayden.
He turned himself in and was booked into the Wagoner County jail for robbery/attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon and assault with a dangerous weapon.
Police say he shot the clerk five times during the robbery in November. The clerk survived. These are charges, not a conviction.
