The Tulsa County Sheriff’s office arrested a man accused of messaging online, a girl thought to be a 14 year old girl.
The affidavit for Joshua Gambler from Cushing, says in the message, on February 24, 2022, he told the “girl”, he was “old enough to be your daddy.”
It says he went into graphic detail about the sex acts he’d like to perform with her and sent a picture of his penis and asked for nude photos in return.
It says the “girl” was actually an undercover detective.
He’s charged with 2 counts of indecent exposure to a child, 1 count of using technology for sexual communication with a minor and 1 count of soliciting indecent exposure.
Records show in Payne County, on 12-10-21, he was told he was in violation of his probation for one felony (burglary and three misdemeanor cases (drugs & resisting arrest) so he was sentenced to 7 years in prison, except it was all suspended other than 60 days he would need to serve in jail.
These new charges are not a conviction.
