Man accused of exposing himself to at least 4 women at stores & gym in Burlington

Man accused of exposing himself to at least 4 women at stores & gym in Burlington; according to police:

Officers arrested Tikwuan Rodriguez, 29, after multiple reports of indecent exposure in Burlington on Sunday

Around 10 a.m., a female victim reported that a man exposed himself at Harris Teeter on South Church Street. The suspect left from the store.

Police then received similar reports from 3 additional women at Planet Fitness and Academy Sports, both on Huffman Mill Road, and Dollar Tree on Boone Station Drive throughout the day.

Officers developed a vehicle of interest and located the car at the University Commons shopping center.

Police set up a perimeter and used a drone to locate Rodriguez. He attempted to run from the shopping center parking lot, but officers apprehended him.

He was charged with 1 count of sexual battery and 4 counts of indecent exposure. Rodriguez is in jail with no bond.
