Man Accused Of Breaking 4-Month-Old Baby’s Ribs In Georgia
A 19-year-old Georgia man is facing felony charges for allegedly breaking a four-month-old baby’s ribs in Rome, according to reports.
According to an arrest warrant at the Floyd County Jail, Damon Eugene Soles Jr. squeezed the infant’s torso causing multiple broken ribs.
The child had to be hospitalized due to medical complications from the broken ribs.
The incident occurred on November 1 at a location on Excelsior Street in Rome. Information on this child’s current condition has not been made public.
Soles is charged with felony counts of 1st-degree cruelty to children and aggravated battery.
