A man who was out on bond for DUI and assault and battery case, has been arrested again.

Records show Justin Korf is now charged with first degree burglary and cruelty to animals.

The probable cause affidavit says on April 23, 2024, a woman says Korf, who’s her former neighbor/tenant, kicked in her front door, choked her, kicked her dog twice and accused her of stealing checks from him and cashing them.

It says Korf denied the assault.

Korf was out on bond after being charged in January of this year for DUI and assaulting a detention officer at the Broken Arrow jail.

Records show he’s spent time in prison for 2 previous assault convictions and a previous DUI conviction as well as a property crime.
