RawNews1st – A federal jury has found Joshua Smith, from Vian, guilty on 1 count of aggravated sexual abuse of a minor and he’s been sentenced to 30 years in federal prison.
The indictment says the abuse happened between December of 2017 and March of 2018.
Investigators say the 11 year old girl said it happened numerous times.
Documents say Smith is to register as a sex offender once he’s released and be on supervision for 20 years after his prison sentence.
