Hackers steal 1.4MN people’s Covid test data from Paris hospitals
The Paris Public Hospital System (AP-HP) has today admitted that personal data of around 1.4mn Covid-tested people was STOLEN by hackers in the middle of 2020.
The data included social security numbers, contact information and results, but AP-HP insists that is the extent of the data breach as it is a separate system to the overall medical database.
Earlier this month there was a hack on a monitoring and prevention platform set up for pharmacists as data for 700k people was stolen.
