German electrician on trial for castrating men on his kitchen table
The 66-year-old is accused of mutilating several people by performing illegal operations on their genitals and the murder of one man, AP reports.
The defendant claims he offered sexual services to pay off multiple debts which evolved into performing procedures on mens’ genitals at their request, he told the Munich court.
Prosecutors charged him with murder for failing to help in the case of the man who died and with serious and dangerous bodily harm of the people he mutilated.
