Hanover, Va. – The Hanover County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Geoffrey Scott Cash, 34, of Midlothian. Cash is wanted by the Sheriff’s Office for Construction Fraud (F).
This charge stems from an additional citizen coming forward after realizing they too were the victim of construction fraud after seeing that Cash was initially wanted by HCSO on April 12, 2022.
Cash is described as a white male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 6’1” tall and weighs 225 pounds.
Investigators are requesting that any Hanover County citizen who recognizes Cash and believes they too have been the victim of fraud to please contact the Sheriff’s Office.
Cash is believed to be operating an unlicensed business named “Refresh Remodeling, LLC.”
