Climate Hypocrites: Gates & Bezos Talk Carbon Footprint but have GUZZLER party in Turkey (Report)
Bill Gates celebrated his 66th birthday with Jeff Bezos on a superyacht in the Mediterranean, with the Blue Origin boss swooping in on a private helicopter (along with 50 other guests).
So, while lecturing the world on climate change combat, and reducing carbon footprint – the billionaires have chalked up this in a matter of days:
▪️Bezos’ helicopter emitted some 215 pounds of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere
▪️Both Bezos and Gates are reportedly staying on superyachts – each of which emits 7,020 tons of carbon dioxide per year, or 19 tons per day (Daily Mail)
