Andrew Mountbatten Windsor – arrested today suspicion of misconduct in public office – watched a schoolgirl being tortured with electrical shocks while at Frogmore Cottage, it has been claimed in FBI files.
The accuser claimed she was strapped to a table and “tortured with electrical shocks” by Jeffrey Epstein’s ex-girlfriend and criminal partner Ghislaine Maxwell, while a group of men watched.
The accuser, in a report by the FBI, alleged she remembered seeing Andrew’s face among the men in the room at Frogmore Cottage, Windsor, in the 1990s. Andrew has consistently denied all allegations against him.
An FBI document, from December 7, 2020, said the alleged victim claimed she was taken to Frogmore Cottage – as she later recognised the home when it was in the news following a refurbishment in 2018.
Harry and Meghan lived at the royal property from April 2019 to March 2020 – there is no suggestion the couple were aware of these allegations at Frogmore Cottage.

The woman claimed Maxwell was also present and beat her when she tried to flee. She added: “I tried to sneak out. Maxwell caught me and beat me with the bristle end of a broom.”
“She also threatened me, saying that I “deserved to die” and hit me in the face with the broom, breaking my nose. I was only taken to the hospital for the broken nose after a rugby match, so that the injury could be blamed on that.”
The alleged victim recalled another time when she was 6 – 8 years old where she was “drugged at night and driven by my father, [redacted], to pedophile ring “parties”.”
The alleged victim claimed she was “hit by a dark blue car with a personalised license plate ending in “M”.
The woman said she suffered permanent injuries to her ribs, hip and right leg. She added: “The car’s hood figurine broke off in my hand on impact and I later buried it near my home, so it could still be recoverable as evidence. After I was hit by the car, I woke up to Prince Andrew [redacted].”
