Nearly a year ago, two 13-year-old girls were walking down a central California street when they were forced into a car and taken to an Airbnb, where they were raped for days, according to court documents recently filed in federal court.

Reuben Gilliam, 24, and Daisy Pollard-Gilliam, 41, were indicted on federal charges, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California announced in a May 8 news release.

The mother and son, both of Compton, are charged with one count of conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of a minor and two counts of sex trafficking of a minor, prosecutors said.

Gilliam is separately charged with one count of production of child pornography and one count of distribution of child pornography, according to prosecutors.

Pollard-Gilliam is also facing one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition, the U.S. Attorney’s office said.

This happened June 3, 2023 around 2 a.m. in Bell Gardens, a city in Los Angeles County, according to an affidavit written by an FBI special agent that was filed in support of a criminal complaint filed April 22.

The criminal complaint charges Reuben Gilliam, the third man inside the car, and Daisy Pollard-Gilliam, who is reportedly the owner of the Airbnb, with a conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of children.

A newly released video shows the moments right after OnlyFans model Courtney Clenney allegedly stabbed her boyfriend to death in April of 2022.

The video shows a hysterical Clenney, covered in blood inside their Edgewater apartment. 

In the video, you see City of Miami police officers getting off the elevator to chaos.

“Baby baby get up, get up,” Clenney screams, holding Christian Obumseli.

There is blood on Clenney, on the floor, Obumseli moans in pain.

Paramedics arrive and start working on an unresponsive Obumseli.

As Obumseli is rushed to the hospital, investigators move Clenney outside.

Clenney asks over and over if Obumseli is okay. “Is he dead? Is he dead?” Clenney hysterically asks.

Detectives question her about what happened before they got there. “How many times did you stab him?” an officer asks.

 “I did not stab him once, I threw it from across the room,” Clenney says, referring to a knife.

Clenney says she threw the knife at her boyfriend and was acting in self-defense, prosecutors say it was second-degree murder. 

She would eventually be taken from the building. Obsumseli would die from his injuries, and Clenney would be arrested months later on murder charges.

“I’m covered in his blood because I tried to save him, I need him, he’s like my other half,” Clenney can be heard saying.

Clenney’s parents are now facing charges—accused of tampering with Obumseli’s laptop.

Pornhub and other affiliated adult websites have blocked access to users in Texas, amid a legal battle with the Lone Star State’s attorney general over an age-verification law.

Last week, a federal appeals court upheld a Texas law requiring pornography sites to institute age-verification measures to ensure only adults 18 and older are able to access them, while it also struck down a part of the law requiring porn sites to display “health warnings” about the content.

That came after a previous federal judge’s ruling that the Texas law violated the U.S. Constitution’s First Amendment prohibition against free-speech restrictions.

A new message displayed to users with internet addresses in Texas on Pornhub (and other sites operated by parent company Aylo) explained that it was disabling access to comply with the law. Pornhub’s exit from Texas was first reported by 404 Media.

“As you may know, your elected officials in Texas are requiring us to verify your age before allowing you access to our website.

Not only does this impinge on the rights of adults to access protected speech, it fails strict scrutiny by employing the least effective and yet also most restrictive means of accomplishing Texas’s stated purpose of allegedly protecting minors,” the message reads in part.

The Pornhub sites’ message continued, “Until the real solution is offered, we have made the difficult decision to completely disable access to our website in Texas. In doing so, we are complying with the law, as we always do, but hope that governments around the world will implement laws that actually protect the safety and security of users.”

According to the message, “While safety and compliance are at the forefront of our mission, providing identification every time you want to visit an adult platform is not an effective solution for protecting users online, and in fact, will put minors and your privacy at risk.

The safety of our users is one of our biggest concerns.
