A teenager is dead following a shooting Saturday afternoon in Chicago’s Logan Square

Chicago police say a 17-year-old boy was in the bedroom of a home in the 1900 block of N. St. Louis Ave. just before 1:30 p.m. when he was shot in the head by an unknown offender.
The boy was transported to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
There is no one in custody. Area Five Detectives are investigating.
