Amuri Greene, 21, will be hit with murder, attempted murder and assault charges in the tragic stray-bullet death of infant Kaori Patterson on Wednesday, police said.

Greene’s suspected accomplice remained in the wind, as NYPD officers and US Marshals continued running down leads for his whereabouts as the week drew to a close, sources said.

Detectives also pursued what sparked the broad-daylight, drive-by shooting in Bushwick, with a prime theory that Kaori’s father Jamari Patterson was actually the intended target.

Patterson had links to Money Over Everything gang members in Bushwick Houses NYCHA development, who had a potential social media-related beef with an opposing crew in the nearby Marcy Houses, NYPD Chief of Detective Joe Kenny said Thursday.

“We do know he has an association with some other MOE gang members,” Kenny said.

“He is not in our criminal group database an an MOE gang member, but based on the geography and where he was at that time, we’re looking into that aspect.”

The shooting unfolded when Greene rode up on a moped driven by the second, still-unidentified suspect near the corner of Humboldt and Moore Streets, sources have said.

Greene allegedly opened fire, but his bullets apparently missed their target. Instead, bullets struck Kaori and her 2-year-old brother, police have said.

The boy survived with a bullet graze to his back, while Kaori died from a gunshot wound to her head.

Security footage from a bodega showed the heart-wrenching moment when Kaori’s mother Lianna Charles-Moore first noticed her baby had been struck by a bullet.

Police didn’t reveal any additional details about the rumored beef.
