A man charged with shooting at the Tulsa Police helicopter is back in jail, accused of other shootings.
December 12, 2023: Bryce Hubbard was charged with 2 counts of shooting with intent to kill, after he was caught on video, shooting a pistol at the police helicopter when it was at 1,500 feet.
His bond was set at $150,000 and he bonded out.
February 20, 2024: He’s facing 3 new charges of using a vehicle to discharge a weapon.
Court records show he was caught on video driving by a house and shooting at it, on several different days.
The District Attorney’s office asked for the bond to be increased to $300,000.
Hubbard’s attorney asked for it to say at $150,000.
The judge set it at $250,000, so Hubbard is back in jail.
