13 States sue Biden admin for communications on FBI surveillance of parents protesting school boards
Indiana AG Todd Rosita has taken the lead in the lawsuit against Biden, Federal AG Merrick Garland and Education Secretary Miguel Cardona.
Rosita has previously demanded all comms and records that have to do with the FBI’s decision to investigate violent threats against education officials – but the FBI has refused.
