1 dead, 1 in custody following shooting at Little Ceasers: Georgia
A man has been taken into custody following a deadly shooting at a Little Ceasers in Lee County on Friday, May 3.
The shooting happened in the Lee Market Shopping Center on Highway 19, according to officials.
Lee County Sheriff Reggie Rachals has identified the victim as Joseph Dorminey, the district manager at Little Ceasers. Rachals told WALB that Dorminey has died.
The Lee County Sheriff’s Office recieved assistance from the Albany Police Department, the Dougherty County Sheriff’s Office, and the Dougherty County Police Department.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) has taken over the investigation into the shooting.
