Louisiana sex offender to be castrated under state law following guilty plea.
Zachary Dewayne Doolittle, 40, has been sentenced to 45 years in prison and castration after pleading guilty to aggravated crimes against nature, the Bossier/Webster Parish District Attorney’s Office reports.
“My office is committed to prosecuting the predators that victimize children and will work hand-in-hand with our partners in law enforcement to protect children,” said Bossier/Webster District Attorney Schuyler Marvin.
“The Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office should be commended for their outstanding work in this case. They delivered us a solid investigation, and we were able to remove another sexual predator from our community. I am extremely proud of the work my ADA Chance Nerren did on this case,” Marvin also noted.
