LAPD nabbed D4vd in connection with Celeste Rivas’s murder
Detectives from Los Angeles Police Department, Robbery-Homicide Division have arrested David Burke, a 21-year-old resident of Los Angeles, for the murder of Celeste Rivas. Burke is being held without bail.
The remains of 15-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez were found in an abandoned Tesla on Sept. 8. The singer is being held without bail, the Los Angeles Police Department said.
The case will be presented to the District Attorney’s office on Monday for filing consideration.
The singer was arrested at a home he had been staying at in the Hollywood Hills.
“Detectives from Los Angeles Police Department, Robbery-Homicide Division have arrested David Burke, a 21-year-old resident of Los Angeles, for the murder of Celeste Rivas. Burke is being held without bail. The case will be presented to the District Attorney’s office on Monday for filing consideration,” an LAPD release said.
Rivas’ dismembered body was discovered in the back of a Tesla belonging to D4vd back in September after employees in a tow yard could smell a foul odor coming from the vehicle.
