Kamala Harris to Announce $10 BILLION New Global Health Fund in Fight Against Future Pandemics
Harris is expected to announce the US will pledge $250 million for the fund when she leads her session at a global Covid-19 virtual summit, according to Reuters.
The administration will also reportedly be requesting a further $850 million from Congress for a financial intermediary fund.
Funds like these typically ask for private investments to support global health initiatives, for example vaccination drives to address global health security
