Zelensky presses Ukraine’s case in Brussels, the third stop in a brief but packed European tour.
President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine arrived in Belgium on Thursday to meet the European Union’s 27 heads of government in Brussels, topping off a short European tour that is his second trip outside of Ukraine since Russia’s invasion last year.
On Wednesday, he made a surprise visit to London and then traveled to Paris, holding talks with the British, French and German leaders.
Mr. Zelensky is set to address the European Parliament in the morning, before joining the E.U. leaders for a summit that will go into the afternoon.
