RawNews1st – A woman is in the Rogers County jail, accused of being passed out in her vehicle for hours, while her disabled, 7 year old son was in the backseat, wearing a soiled diaper.
The arrest report for Amber Bue says on May 30th at nearly 5 PM, someone called about a woman being passed in her vehicle in the Casey’s parking lot in Verdigris, while her son was jumping around in the backseat.
It says the car was still in drive when law enforcement arrived and her vehicle stopped only because it hit the barrier pole outside the store.
It says Bue told officers her son had not had anything to eat or drink since breakfast or a diaper change.
It says the diaper was filled with urine and feces had dried on the boy’s leg.
It says Bue admitted smoking pot before she went to Casey’s and when she was being booked into jail, she had a meth pipe in her pants.
