Rawnews1st – At approximately 09:30 a.m. a women wearing Blue Pants, a Grey Tank Top, and White Jacket entered the Dollar General at 211 W Hartford.
The female attempted to purchase a Phone Charger but her credit card was declined. At that time the women grabbed the phone charger off the counter and made her way out of the door in an unknown direction.
The Ponca City Police Department needs help identifying the woman in the picture.
