A woman with 2 previous DUI convictions, is now charged with aggravated DUI, accused of having a blood alcohol content of .23

January 12, 2:30 AM, officer says they saw Ratliff swerving across both northbound lanes of Riverside Drive and pulled her over.

WHO:
38 year old Rasonya Ratliff

It says she smelled of alcohol, had bloodshot, watery eyes and slurred speech and said she had “only 2 beers”.

It says she failed the field sobriety tests and the breathalyzer showed .23 BAC.

ARREST REPORT SAYS SHE HAS THESE PREVIOUS CONVICTIONS:
2012: Tulsa County
2010: Rogers County; 3 years deferred

The new charge is not a conviction.
